Laurel Hill preserve

The Laurel Hill property is approximately 240 acres most of which is permanently protected by virtue of the Ewing family putting it into conservation in 2001 with the Catawba Lands Conservancy. Laurel Hill Preserve is part of the Spencer Mountain Conservation Area which adjoins over 1500 acres of protected beautiful hardwood forests, working farms, streams, ponds, and breathtaking views.
